Our History

Established in 2017, the CCS team has grown year on year since separating the Corporate Services Division out of Compass Partner, Compass Associates, as a result of listening and acting on client and investor feedback.

The healthcare, social care and children’s services & education industries demonstrated a requirement for established, knowledgeable and well-connected recruitment professionals with an ability to listen and act to demands facing the back office functions in some of the most personable of industries. As a result, CCS was launched.
