HR Director – Luxury Elderly Care

Compass Corporate Services were mandated by one of the most prestigious Private Equity backed Luxury Elderly Care Providers in the UK to source a HR Director for the business.

As part of an ambitious vision to create a unique industry proposition within the Luxury Elderly Care space, CCS were engaged to source a HR Director who would embody and deliver the company values and culture into the organisation; contribute to the overall people strategy and ensure all policies, procedures, practices and processes are world-class.

A shortlist of 4 candidates was shared by CCS, with three candidates being invited for interview, before the successful candidate was invited back for a final stage with the leadership team. The entire process – from brief to start – was completed in a timescale of less than 8 weeks, with a unanimous decision around identifying the new HR Director by all parties involved.
