HR Manager – Children’s Services & Education
In January 2020, CCS were approached by one of the leading Children’s Services and Education Providers to exclusively source a HR Manager.
Leading a team of 6, the successful candidate would be responsible for undertaking a project of cultural change within the department, as well as a background in a Private Equity backed environment following a period of accelerated growth having recent investment in the business. Therefore, TUPE and integration exposure were important to have.
CCS were able to present a shortlist of 5 candidates to the client, all of whom were interviewed, before the senior leadership team unanimously agreed to bring back one candidate they had identified as the perfect fit for a final stage interview. Following this, the HR Manager was offered, accepted, and had started within a timescale of 3 months, having navigated a tricky notice period – but remained engaged throughout.
