Simon joined Compass Corporate Services in October 2023 following his recent career in clinical trials research and completing a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports and Exercise Science at Sheffield Hallam University.

Simon is the dedicated lead of our ‘healthcare’ division with a focus on Finance, HR & Marketing and all alternate recruitment needs for the back office teams for various sub sectors associated including Primary Care, Private Acute Hospitals, Digital Health, Community Care & Consumer Health. In what is a relatively short space of time, Simon has already delivered on a number of technical mandates whilst simultaneously building long lasting relationships.

It has become extremely challenging to recruit staff, especially in digital marketing. We had been searching for two vacancies using several recruitment agencies in addition to advertising without yielding much response.
